Good news! We have a venue! Training starts this Sunday (27th)

Directions:

The Ealing Friends hall is about 5 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway tube. As you come out of the station turn right, and walk until you get to a round about with flowers in the middle, cross the road and turn left with an immediate right onto Woodville road. (You want the road that is on the round about as opposed to the one to the right of the pedestrian crossing. Walk along Woodville road to the end where there is a T-style junction. The hall is located on the junction with a big 17 on the wall. There is some limited parking space. If you run into any problems do give me a call on 07739 005 297. This weblink http://www.ealingquakers.org.uk/travel.html contains detailed directions to the hall itself as well as a map - avoid googling for the address as it shows the wrong location!

Timing:

6-8pm on Sunday. As its is the first session it might go on a bit longer just to get people into things, allow people to find the hall and handle admin, etc.

What to wear:

Wear loose fitting sports clothes which you are happy to get dirty/damaged and normal gym trainers (non-marking). The first session won't be too heavy on the physical activity but do expect to build up a bit of a sweat.
